My journey with Aketzali Skincare has been deeply rooted in ancestral wisdom. Coming from a lineage of Mexican healers, my abuelito was a respected medicine man in Michoacán, well-known for his ability to heal with plants and his profound connection to the earth. From the very beginning, my grandfather and ancestors have guided me on this path, even revealing healing plant medicines through dreams.  While my abuelito healed from within, I am beginning with healing from the outside, focusing on the skin as the first step.

Inspired by my own relationship with Tonantzin, I founded Aketzali Skincare with a commitment to honoring nature and our ancestral ways. In that spirit, I've made it my mission to create eco-friendly products, using minimal to no plastic, and embracing sustainability as a core value of my business. Aketzali Skincare is more than just a product—it's a tribute to my ancestors and the sacred relationship we all share with nature.
